Founder Profile
Surjit Singh Sahani is the Founder and CEO of Ace Pharmaceutical. He heads the operations and expansion plans into all markets.
As an ardent advocate of “customer-centric” business approach Mr. Surjit is on a mission to take the company to the zenith of growth in his signature style. He brings to table vast experience as a qualified Chartered Accountant and Management expert, his rich experience spans more than 17 years. He had his MBA degree from IBS Hyderabad.
After working in India for over 10 years in many roles and different organizations, Mr. Surjit left India for Zambia in 2014 to join the Avacare Group. Rising steadily in the corporate ladder, he became the Country Head of its Zambia operations. He later joined Infinity Group as its Group CEO and led the group’s expansion into many new markets.
He has been very passionate about healthcare and pharma sectors with its care giving potential and capacity to shape up productive citizens. Mr. Surjit is also known for his penchant for strategic approach and a visionary zeal in leadership roles.
Warehouse and Distribution
Our warehouse and operating systems confirm to the ZAMRA requirements. These form an integral part of our distribution agreement.
This is an essential part of being a distributor for an innovative pharmaceutical house where we are subject to random inspections both before we can become distributor and during the time we remain distributors.
Quality Control Systems
If there is one core attribute to which we attach the highest priority and on which we will not compromise. Due to our team’s hard work and remarkable dedication in providing quality healthcare, we maintain key partnerships with universally recognized brand.
- We inspect every company that we agree to represent before we sign a distribution agreement.
- We undertake market surveys to determine whether the introduction of a product range is necessary for the country.
- We handle the registration process on behalf of most of our principals.
- We employ one person, to look after the registration of aspects of Ace Pharmaceutical Limited Principals.
Staff Training
- We have undertaken a structured staff training system.
- We attend supplier meetings and training sessions as well working with colleagues from competitor companies in Zambia.
- We participate and support pharmaceutical as well as health related programs in the country.
Ace Pharmaceutical Limited staff attend specific courses held by the principals thereby ensuring that they are fully equipped to provide a complete and comprehensive service at all times in the fields that we operate.
